As a Quality Engineer CNC Machining you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements. Working closely with the Quality Manager, production, programming, and inspection teams, the role will focus on documentation, preventing defects, improving processes, and maintaining robust quality systems within a fast-paced CNC machining environment.

Key Skills & Experience - Quality Engineer CNC Machining

• Experience in CNC machining / precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with CMM inspection and reporting
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Engineering or Quality-related qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)
• Internal/Lead Auditor training (desirable)

The role will suit individuals currently working as Quality Engineer CNC Machining, Quality Inspector, CNC Machinist and be living within a commutable distance of Poole, Dorset, Hampshire, commutable from Southampton, Salisbury, Blanford Forum, Dorchester or be willing to relocate.
