NQ Corporate Lawyer, Leeds

My client is looking to recruit an NQ corporate lawyer to join this outstanding team. Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful individual will work closely with the other corporate lawyers on the whole range of corporate matters including M&A, MBOs & MBIs, JVs, shareholder and partnership agreements as well as group reorganisations and refinancings. The department also supports on corporate governance, compliance and portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an NQ lawyer to join a highly regarded corporate team at an award-winning, collegiate law firm. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with clients. Applicants must already be based within a daily commute of Leeds or already be to looking to relocate due to strong links with the city.
