Were on the lookout for someone to lead and grow a nationwide consultancy team. Youll be mentoring the team, managing complex, high-profile projects, and providing expert advice to clients, designers, and contractors from concept right through to completion.
What youll need:
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
A solid understanding of the Building Safety Act (BSA) and how its applied in practice
Experience across commercial projects (RBI or consultancy background)
Exposure to high-risk buildings (HRBs)
Proven experience managing projects and/or leading teams
